The Peak Cambodia Retail Mall

CapitaLand Retail has signed an agreement to manage The Peak Retail Mall Cambodia in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia and one of the fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia.

CapitaLand will oversee asset planning, pre-opening and retail management for the five-storey mall with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) excluding car park of about 420,000 square feet (sq ft) and Net Lettable Area of about 260,000 sq ft.  Currently under construction, the mall is expected to commence operations in 2020.

The mall is the retail component of The Peak Cambodia, an upcoming high-end integrated development majority owned by Singapore-based developer Oxley, in partnership with Cambodian company Worldbridge Land.

1. Submit signed Reservation Agreement with copy of NRIC & Passport, and SGD$1400 (equivalent to US$1000)

  • Reservation Fee payable to “OXLEY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTE LTD” (non-refundable if buyer decides to withdraw from purchase)

2. Purchaser sign SPA within 14 days of reservation & pay the first 10% of purchase price less US$1000 within 7 days from SPA date

3. Progressive Payments: Thereafter, 2nd / 3rd/ 4th/ 5th payment of 10% is payable every 6 months till 50%.

4. Remaining 50% payable upon completion
