The Company operates three business segments: real estate business, which is the project development for sales including land plots, land plots with homes and condominium suites operated under the brand name The Star Estate; golf course business, which is the operation of Eastern Star Country Club and Resort consisting of clubhouses and restaurants, as well as sport clubs and other activities, such as tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness centers and seminar rooms with other facilities, and rental business, which is the project development for lease including a lease agreement of Eastern Star Plaza and parking areas, as well as detached houses and apartment suites for rent.

Payment Schedule

  • SGD $2000 cheque as administration fee payable to “Huttons International Pte Ltd”
  • To telegraphic transfer 25% of the purchase price in *Foreign Currency within 10 working days to developer’s account in Thailand
